The CLT One is a real all-rounder: - It is able to simulate contactless cards (PICC), RFID tags, contactless
readers/writers (PCD), the CLF of terminals and e-passport inspection systems - It can work as a stand-alone testing device as well as in combination
with other COMPRION test tools
Currently, CLT One can be used for: Combined SWP/HCI and NFC testing A main use case is testing the CLF within an NFC enabled terminal. The CLT One is simulating the contactless ISO/IEC 14443 communication. It is synchronised with COMPRION's Prove 2, simulating the SWP/HCI part of the communication towards the UICC. Conformity testing of e-passport inspection systems CLT One can operate as an e-passport simulator integrated into test solutions for e-passport inspection systems. COMPRION's cooperation partner HJP Consulting designed GT Prove IS, an EAC passport simulator software plus a script-based test suite using CLT One as the e-passport simulator. With this implementation users can prove the conformance of inspection systems according to TR-03105 part 5. The outstanding performance of this tool was honored by ETSI as they selected CLT One officially to simulate the e-passport in a TTCN-3 project (TR-03105-5 based tests were implemented using the common test language TTCN-3). Tracing communication between contactless devices Optionally, CLT One can be also used as a spy tool for tracing and analysing contactless communication. It is providing the whole functionality of the COMPRION contactless monitor CLT Move. |
