Application Engineer – Customer Support (f/m/x)

Your challenge

  • Analyzing, evaluating and documenting the customers' bug reports
  • Analytical design of bug fixes in collaboration with product development
  • Conceiving, planning and holding customer trainings
  • Supporting the sales department at customer workshops and customer meetings

Your profile

  • Technical university degree
  • Fluent English, in spoken and written form
  • Knowledge of technologies in the mobile phone and/or smart card area (GSM, UMTS, LTE, 5G, Smart Card, NFC, eUICC, remote SIM provisioning)
  • Analytical and conceptual thinking
  • Commitment and willingness to perform
  • Market and customer orientation
  • Ability to present and communicate
  • Quality awareness and reliability
  • Willingness to travel (nationally and internationally)
