Mobile World Congress | 27 – 29 Jun 2018 | Hall N1 Booth E80

Hello eSIM. Nice to Meet You.

The eSIM will replace classic SIM Cards in the future. It is permanently installed in the device and can therefore only programmed via the Network. It is smaller than a nano SIM card and, like other electronic components, can be equipped with automatic machines and soldered in. Since the network profile of an eSIM can be changed via Remote SIM Provisioning, there is no need to physically change cards when choosing a new network Operator.

Remote SIM Provisioning makes it happen

With remote SIM provisioning (RSP), it is possible to download, enable, and delete so-called profiles containing the subscription data for the eSIM. This happens over the air and is based on a fairly complex and rather error-prone infrastructure.

What you can expect for MWC 2018

There are a lot of aspects you have to bear in mind when preparing an RSP environment for market launch. We know the traps and offer best practices to avoid them. Meet our eSIM experts at the Mobile World Congress and take a look at our comprehensive eSIM test solutions. We are looking forward to many vivid discussions about your eSIM challenges!
