With the release of new Android-specific tests running on COMPRION's conformance test system UT³ Platform (GCF Test Platform 118), COMPRION has activated the new GCF work item 228. This work item is referenced by the GSMA TS.27 NFC Handset Test Book, a collection of testing standards needed to launch globally reliable NFC services on mobile phones.
In order to use NFC services on a mobile device, an Android Java API (application programming interface) is required.
