Welcome to the world of mobile communications: apprenticeship in three different jobs has started for five young people at the COMPRION GmbH headquarters in Paderborn
The provider of test solutions continues to have a strong focus on furthering young staff members in the future. With the beginning of the new educational year, COMPRION is training two industrial management assistants, one computer scientist in the field of system integration as well as two computer scientists in the field of application development.
CEOs Dr. Torsten Maeser and Michael Wehmeier look forward to seeing the five new faces: “The subject of professional training is a matter close to our hearts. We are convinced that the young staff members will contribute significantly to the technological progress. By them, we make sure to stay up-to-date.”
The basics for a good start into the world of testing are established during a two-week introduction. Presentations and trainings from all departments such as development, IT, marketing, and sales pass on concentratedly all information on the company. Beyond that, the apprentices will develop–and ultimately realize–a concept for an internal COMPRION museum in a first joint practical project. “In this way, the apprentices learn about our markets, customers, and products not only by theory and presentations, but they will get into close exchange with other colleagues and learn about the company and its working methods in practice,” explains Mrs. Andrea Wnendt, Manager Human Resources.
