An important plus point for me is that we communicate at eye level - no matter what position we work in. In addition, everyone knows everyone here and all doors are always open for a good exchange.

I started my career at COMPRION in 2007 as a development engineer. Today, I am responsible for personnel and lead a development team that works mainly on contactless communications such as NFC, UWB and Bluetooth and cooperates with many well-known companies in the telecommunications, payment and automotive sectors.
