Why should I register to COMPRION web shop?

We offer a wide range of test SIMs and accessories for our test tools in the COMPRION web shop. To see prices or place an order, we kindly invite you to register here.


My registration was not accepted. Why?

We are a B2B company selling products to other companies. Due to German law we need to ensure that we do not serve any private person. If you have registered with your private email or the company you have mentioned does not exist, we will not accept your registration.


Why should I leave my VAT?

Purchases delivered to Germany or any other country within the European Union will be charged with 19% VAT (value-added tax). For deliveries outside of Germany, you can purchase exempt from VAT by adding your valid VAT number. Purchases delivered outside of the European Union are always exempt from VAT.



Where do you ship?

COMPRION web shop ships to most countries worldwide. If your country is not available to be selected from the drop-down list, please contact us at sales-support(at) Our sales team will be happy to assist you.


What shipping options are available?

Our web shop offers shipping via DHL Express. Each shipping fee is based on the shipping destination. It can also vary based on the ordered amount. If you wish to ship with your own forwarder, please contact us at sales-support(at)


How do I know my order was shipped?

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification together with the tracking number of the DHL parcel.


I changed my mind about an ordered item. Can I cancel the order?

Once we arrange the shipping for your ordered item, we will not be able to cancel your order. Thus, please make sure to contact us immediately at sales-support(at)



What payment methods do you accept?

In our web shop we accept VISA, Mastercard, American Express, and prepayment. If you wish to pay via another payment method, please contact us at sales-support(at)


I was about to pay by credit card but the payment process was interrupted. Why?

Reasons for an interrupted payment process can be:
-    Your credit card is outdated.
-    Your credit card information is wrong.
-    Your credit card is not 2-factor authenticated (e.g. 3D-Secure procedure for VISA cards).
-    Your account has not enough funds.
