Overview

For GCF/PTCRB "USIM Interaction with 5G" and "USIM Interaction with 5G for NR RedCap" device certification, GCF WI-508-NR and PTCRB RFT 508 list tests from 3GPP TS 31.121 Release 17. These tests are categorized into four Test Bench stages:

•    Provide Local Information (MCC, MNC, TAC & NG-RAN Cell ID, Access Technology, Slice(s) Information)
•    Refresh (Steering of Roaming, UICC Reset, 3G Session Reset)
•    Launch Browser (NG-RAN only, in relation to MO/MT Calls)
•    Bearer Independent IP Protocol (Open Channel, Close Channel, Receive Data, Send Data, Get Channel Status)
•    Event Download (Location Status, Data Available, Channel Status Change, Access Technology Change, Network Rejection, Data Connection Change)
•    CALL CONTROL on PDU Session for NG-RAN
•    SMS-PP Data Download after UE parameters update data (Routing Indicator Data) via DL NAS TRANSPORT message
•    SMS-PP Data Download after Steering of Roaming via DL NAS TRANSPORT message
•    SMS-PP Data Download after Steering of Roaming via REGISTRATION ACCEPT messageSMS
