TraceCase Service and Maintenance Contract – 1 Year

Keep your TraceCase running smoothly with our 1-year Service and Maintenance Contract (SMC). While app and software updates are always free, this contract offers additional services to cover both hardware and technical support needs.
What’s included:
- Technical support for setting up and troubleshooting your TraceCase.
- Hardware replacement for damaged components, including antennas and batteries.
- Extended warranty for repair requests. If your TraceCase stops working for any reason, we will immediately send you a replacement device to minimize downtime, with the understanding that you will return the damaged device to us for inspection/repair upon receipt of the replacement device.
Please note that the right to replacement does not extend to damage caused by deliberate intent, misuse or improper handling of the hardware. For more details or if you have any questions, please contact your sales manager or the COMPRION Sales Support team.
All shipments are dispatched from Germany, which means delivery may experience standard delays due to shipping and customs processing.
