As of January 1, 2025, the leadership transition at COMPRION has been fully completed. Dr. Torsten Maeser and Michael Wehmeier, who have significantly shaped the company as Managing Directors for more than 22 years, are stepping down from their operational roles and joining a newly created Advisory Board. This ensures that their valuable expertise remains available to COMPRION.

Andreas Bertling and Jens Christoph were appointed as new Managing Directors as early as December 2022. Both are long-time COMPRION employees with extensive experience and deep industry knowledge. Their appointment was part of a strategically planned transition to strengthen the company’s continuity and innovative power.
