For the first time in its history, COMPRION is offering young people the chance to participate in an apprenticeship program. The first two apprentices in the field of information technology with a focus on application development started in September. The program includes practical training at COMPRION, classes at ATIW GmbH Paderborn technical college, as well as eight additional seminars by Siemens Professional Education.
Through the program, COMPRION aims to generate their own junior staff offering the apprentices an opportunity for long-term employment at the firm.
